Challenge yourself in this dynamic, breath powered, slow flow class. We’ll center our attention on alignment, as we move slowly, and deeply through yoga postures, and functional movement exercises. I describe this practice as meditation in motion, as all mental focus becomes submerged in sending breath to the activated muscles, and maintaining an aligned posture. With our minds relaxed, and muscles awakened we’ll rest in well earned savasana.
